This title looks at 3D shapes and their properties. We consider whether certain shapes are prisms and how many vertices, edges and faces they have. You'll learn different ways of drawing 3D shapes and we'll look at how they can be built from a flat sheet of paper. We'll also discuss working out the surface area and the volume of certain 3D shapes. For those sitting the Higher Level paper, there are chapters on finding the surface area and volume of more difficult shapes, such as spheres, cones and frustums.
