The next chapter will explain the link between diet and Hinduism, exploring why Hindus will not eat cows and their reasons for deeming them holy. The four Ashramas, or life stages, will be described in the next chapter, along with the duty or dharma involved in each of them and why they are important to Hindus. The final chapter will detail the importance of pilgrimage in Hinduism. It will look at the significance of the River Ganges to Hindus, and the actions of Hindus who make a pilgrimage there.
